Naptosa Estcourt site reps get empowered

Naptosa’s Michelle Mopp presents an informative talk to Naptosa site reps

The National Professional Teacher’s Organisation of South Africa (Naptosa) encouraged all schools to conduct the election of site reps in January this year.

To carry out this important role, site reps were invited to an induction workshop at Estcourt Secondary School on February 6.

Michelle Mopp conducted an informative and interactive Power Point presentation to the new recruits.

She covered topics such as recruitment, salaries, promotion processes and grievance procedure. Site reps were pleased to receive an information brochure as well as certificates of attendance.

Naptosa also wishes to thank Michelle for her superb presentation of labour matters and to Ms Jordan for the use of the school library.
