Golf Club ready annual Easter bonanza
This weekend promises to be a huge golfing success with the hosting of our annual Battlefields Tournament taking place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
This past Saturday saw 25 players competing in the penultimate Windhoek international pairs competition for a chance to go through to the second round.
Coming out on top was the pairing of S Kunene and S Sithole on 48 points. Kevin Donaldson and Billy Francis were second on 45 points followed by Danny Scholtz and Nico Rose on 43. Two clubs were carded by: S Ndlovu on no.16, S Sithole on no.4, C Chawanda on no.16 and A Mbatha on no. 16.
