EMS response vehicle involved in Murchison Street crash

An EMS response vehicle was involved in a crash in Murchison Street on Friday morning (April 26).

It is believed that the EMS vehicle was responding to an incident when another vehicle collided with it at the intersection near the police station.

One person was injured.

The injured paramedic was stabilised before being taken to hospital for further medical attention.

Traffic flow in the area was delayed until the scene was cleared.

Police, Public Safety, emergency personnel and a towing service responded.
