Clothing Junction stormed by armed robbers
The robbers demanded cash at gunpoint, and then fled the scene with ill-gotten gains in hand.
Clothing Junction on Gladstone Street was robbed of more than R13 000 this morning.
According to reports, two armed men entered the store and held staff at gunpoint, demanding money. With their ill-gotten gains in hand, the robbers then fled the area on foot.
A chase was mounted, but pursuers soon lost the robbers’ trail. Police are currently on the scene.
