Chefs cook up a mouthwatering food demonstration

How about meat prepared in banana leaves?

It was a fusion of taste at the Dundee 24-hour Food Fare hosted by La Fusion Chefs at Talana Museum last weekend.

Various foodies from South African and else where from the continent were on hand to demonstrate their unique dishes that all represented a unique African cuisine experience.
