A burglary gang’s ‘reign of terror’ may well be at an end.
Following a multi-disciplinary operation by local policing units on August 6, aimed at rounding up thieves and burglars, four suspects were arrested in connection with a spree of business burglaries in the Vryheid area. The suspects are believed to have followed a number of modi operandi.

In some instances, business premises were broken into and vehicles were stripped of parts, and in other instances schools were targeted for equipment such as brush cutters, grinders, welders and tools in general.
