David Yates made another fleeting appearance in the Dundee Magistrate’s Court today.
Magistrate Mgwabi informed Mr Yates that he will be admitted to Fort Napier Hospital on November 29, where he will undergo a mental evaluation. Mr Yates previously told the court he is mentally ill and therefore can not stand trial.
