Police arrested a group of armed men at the Boulevard Centre yesterday.
Full details have not been made public yet, but it is believed the men had an arsenal of AK47s in the boot of their car. A quick-thinking car guard spotted the weapons and notified security, who in turn called the police.
Police sources said the men had apparently tried to rob a shop near the taxi rank before fleeing to the Centre. Four men were later taken into custody.
