Interhouse athletics
On February 7, Michaelis’ interhouse athletics was held.
The school was blessed with some cool weather and all the children tried their best.
It was a very exciting day, as Impala won for the first time in years!
Congratulations to all the trophy winners: Nittah Mukura and Leon le Roux won the Junior Victrix and Victor Ludorum trophies, while the Senior Victrix and Victor Ludorum for 2020 were Tanya Fourie and Nala Shabangu respectively.

Interschool gala
The Michaelis interhouse gala took place on February 15.
The sun graced learners with her presence and it was a beautiful morning! Every single child got a turn to brave the water and there were even a few records broken. The Junior Victrix and Victor Ludorum for 2020 are Nadelija Pillay and Ralf Löwe, and the Senior Victrix and Victor Ludorum are Tanya Fourie and Shane van der Linde.
Congratulations to all the trophy winners and every single child who tried their best and never gave up.
The winning team for the day was Ente.

Michaelis Private School extended its gratitude to Vryheid High School for the use of its athletics fields and to Pionier High School for the use of its swimming pool.
