Hospital searches for family of deceased patient
The patient passed away on December 10, 2019 and his age was estimated to be 74 years old.
Madadeni Regional Hospital is seeking assistance in finding the family of Qalane Zamile, a patient who passed away on December 10, 2019.
Qalane, whose age is estimated to be 74 years old, was admitted into Ward 4E towards the end of last year. He is believed to have rented a room in Madadeni Section 7 (L197).
Anyone with more information on the patient, or who knows his relatives, is urged to contact the Public Relations Office urgently on 034 328 8043, 034 328 8230 or Madadeni.PRO@kznhealth.gov.za
