Business owners join hands for food parcel distribution

The food parcels contained food essentials and were warmly welcomed by the residents

500 food parcels were distributed to several communities today (May 5).

This was courtesy of KwaZulu-Natal business owners.

Anthony Arde from Tugela Game Farm near Colenso reached out to friends Paul and Tyler Loomes from Tight Line Fisheries, a South Coast-based family-run business, asking for assistance for the local communities.

A successful partnership culminated in the food parcels being distributed to residents in Colenso, Pieters, eMangweni and surrounding areas.

Springbok rugby player Jesse Kriel was part of the team.
