“We visited three areas in Loskop. These areas were Madolobheni and Mandabeni in Ward 1, and Moyeni in Ward 2. In total, we distributed 100 parcels in Loskop. We were accompanied by Induna Dlangalala from the tribal office, who is also a councillor,” explained Gift of the Givers Estcourt representative Jaaved Khan.
The food parcels contained essentials as well as extras like Future Life instant porridge, A-maize-zing instant pap, Manhattan sweets and Nyala amhewu.

After a successful distribution, the team then moved on to Frere and Papkuilsfontein.

“We distributed another 100 parcels between the two areas and were joined by Ward Councillor Siboniso Ndwandwe. The recipients were very grateful for the parcels in these tough times. One of the recipients actually called the office to send special thanks to Gift of the Givers,” concluded Mr Khan.
