Spread some hope and feed a family

The Jars Of Hope initiative aims to provide families with an easy to make meal, and one that can feed four people

It’s easy to feel demoralised and defeated during these tough times.

With lockdown continuing, many people are battling to feed their families. There is some hope though, and it comes in the form of a jar.

The Jars Of Hope initiative aims to provide families with an easy to make meal, and one that can feed four people.

You can help by simply filling any glass bottle with a 1/2 cup of rice, 1/2 cup of soup mix, 1/2 cup lentils, 1 unwrapped stock cube and 1 packet of soup mix.

The jars will be distributed during lockdown to those in need, and once two and a half litres of boiling water is added to it, it can feed four people.
