The Al-Imdaad Foundation comes to the rescue again

After several complaints from locals, a team from the Al-Imdaad Foundation assisted with temporary road repairs this morning

The intersection at Alexandra and Keate streets has remained in a state of neglect for many months.

The badly damaged road made it difficult for drivers to navigate their way across the intersection while avoiding the deep holes on the surface.

After several complaints from locals, a team from the Al-Imdaad Foundation assisted with temporary road repairs this morning (June 3).

The team filled the potholed road with sand, in the hope that it will be a smoother drive for motorists.

A passing Mooi River farmer stopped to thank the team for going the extra mile.
