The officers, along with members of the SANDF, went to people’s homes to hand out flyers containing valuable coronavirus information

Police officers conducted door-to-door campaigns throughout the Ladysmith area on Wednesday, May 27, to create awareness about the coronavirus (Covid-19).

The ‘men in blue’ were not out to nab any suspects, but to ‘arrest’ the spread of the frightening Covid-19 pandemic that has the whole world in its grip.
Residents got to speak to the officers and found out what measures need to be taken to keep safe and protected from the deadly virus.
The team of ‘crime-fighters turned virus-fighters’ also stopped at a supermarket in Delhi Road, where they continued their awareness programme.
