Cold front expected to bring icy weather to Ladysmith this weekend

The cold front that has made landfall in the Cape is set to bring icy weather conditions to most parts of South Africa this weekend.

So you may be wondering what the weather will be like here in Ladysmith.

Well, from today (June 12), the cold weather is here!

Tomorrow (June 13), a nighttime low of a freezing -3º is predicted for Ladysmith, with a high of just 16º.

The cold is expected to continue on Sunday, with a low of -2º and a high of 18º.

These icy conditions look as if they are setting in for the entire week ahead. So get out the blankets, hot chocolate, electric heater and DVDs, because indoors is definitely the place to be for a while until the weather warms up.
