A warm donation in the nick of time

The first stop was eMabhalononi, where the team distributed 50 food parcels and 50 blankets

The Gift of the Givers Estcourt team set out to Ward 23 of Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality on June 29.

The first stop was eMabhalononi, where the team distributed 50 food parcels and 50 blankets.

Thereafter, they set off to Mshayazafe, where a further 50 parcels and blankets were handed out to residents.

This was also part of the Gift of the Givers’ Winter Warmth programme.

“All the recipients were grateful and commented that the blankets came at the right time, as we have been experiencing severely cold weather in the area during the last week,” said Gift of the Givers Estcourt representative Jaaved Khan.
