DUNDEE: Rape outrage shocks town

President Ramaphosa has again spoken out against violence against women and children

With the outcry against Gender Based Violence (GBV) still very much in the news, attacks on women in the area are continuing.

The Dundee SAPS said two separate cases of rape had been reported over the weekend. In the first incident, a woman said she had been attacked and raped while at her home in Madonsela Street, Sibongile, in the early hours of Sunday morning. In the second case, a woman reported being sexually assaulted at her house in Forestdale, also on Sunday morning. In both cases, the attackers are known to the victims.

The Dundee SAPS did not release any other details.
