DUNDEE KZN: Support the book drive and help make a difference
By donating a book, you can help make a big difference

Inspired by an Instagram post in which a child was reading to her dog, Glencoe’s Tiara Singh hopes to promote reading locally as well.
The 18-year-old has launched a book drive, encouraging people to donate age appropriate, child-friendly or educational books (in good condition) to the cause.
The books will be donated to schools and hospitals in the area to benefit less fortunate children.
“Reading improves vocabulary and boosts imagination, so it’s important that more kids get into the habit of reading,” said Tiara.
Books can be dropped off with Byron Pillay at the Northern Natal Courier or Trisha Rajkumar at Accounting Solutions.
The last day for donations is March 31.
Tiara thanks all those who have donated thus far and those who are still planning to donate, as they have truly helped to change a child’s life.
