WINTERTON KZN: Heavy rain causes flooding and damage
In some areas 100mm of rain fell since last night
Widespread flooding and damage have been reported in Winterton and parts of the Central Drakensberg after heavy rainfall overnight.
In some areas 100mm of rain fell since last night (February 10). In the Central Drakensberg 90 mm rain fell in some parts.
A bridge over the Injisuthi River was damaged and morning traffic was affected.
