Two people shot dead near RTI
The double murder is possibly linked to taxi violence
Two people have been shot dead on the R103 near the RTI offices this evening (April 13).

A driver linked to the Klipriver Taxi Association and a female passenger were both confirmed dead at the scene.
Ladysmith SAPS, RTI, EMS and Public Safety responded to the scene.
