Toyota is driving kindness: Dealerships challenged to join SPCA donation drive
MMG's Toyota Automark team geared up last week to help make a meaningful difference by donating bags of dog and cat food to the Newcastle SPCA.
Their heart-warming display of ‘community spirit’ has prompted the Automark team to issue an official challenge to their fellow dealerships to follow suit and help ensure that the SPCA can continue with its vital work in Newcastle ‘hassle-free’.
The Newcastle SPCA is a non-profit organisation completely community-driven and funded.
They do not receive any funding from local or national government and rely on the generosity of their community to keep their doors open and continue being a voice for the voiceless.
Donations – regardless of their nature – are appreciated; be these monetary, blankets, food, or even just volunteering your time to visit the animals in their care.
All contributions ensure that the SPCA remains a safe haven for the animals they care for, shelter and protect.
MMG Toyota Automark and their inspiring initiatives paint a picture of what corporate social responsibility should look like.
Your company can help
Should your company wish to get involved in this initiative, visit the Newcastle SPCA at 1 Samson Drive in Barry Hertzog Park and find out how you can help.
Every bit of help counts, and collectively, as a community, each business can help the organisation to continue the fight against animal cruelty.
