The Estcourt Athletic Club (EAC) has congratulated athlete Mandla Zondo, who is the November 2024 champion in the club‘s monthly Cavanagh Champ award. The EAC said Zondo was the most improved runner in the club in November when comparing their time trial times.

As the new year has begun, with athletes ready to showcase their fitness and talents, this year the club will also be hosting the Bushman’s Trail Run at Wagondrift Dam on May 11
