Werner Botha (36) the former Dundee High School teacher accused of sexually assaulting a school girl in February 2022, appeared today in the Dundee Magistrate Court for bail application.
The case was postponed for November 22. A large crowd gathered at the Court waiting for the brief appearance.
Botha was granted bail last year amid strict conditions.
