Fort Mistake shoot raises funds for Eventide Home

Sharpshooters and supporters will gather at Fort Mistake to raise funds for Eventide Home on July 11.

Sharpshooters and supporters of a worthy cause are invited to take part in the Fort Mistake Gong Shoot on Saturday, July 11, with proceeds going to Eventide Home.

The event, which will be hosted at Fort Mistake, aims to raise funds for the home while giving participants a day of competition, camaraderie and entertainment.

Registration opens at 07:30, and entries are now available on PractiScore. The entry fee is R650 per person and includes breakfast, lunch and supper.

Day promises fun while supporting elderly care

Organisers are encouraging the community to support the initiative, which will help Eventide Home continue providing care and services to its elderly residents.

The event is expected to attract shooting enthusiasts from across the region and offers participants the chance to enjoy a full day outdoors while contributing to a meaningful cause.
