Sewer leak in Ezakheni angers resident

The smell is unbearable and the sound of gurgling water has become a constant companion to the family's daily life

A resident of Isithala Street in Ezakheni is up in arms with uThukela over a sewer leak in her backyard.

The leak is a constant source of frustration and worry, despite repeated complaints to uThukela.

“The smell of raw sewage hangs heavy in the air and we can’t even eat in our own home,” said the homeowner.
