First Full Moon Walk for Ladysmith

The proceeds will help Juana Maria Old Age Home to care for its residents.

Juana Maria Frail Aged Home will host its first-ever 5km Full Moon Walk at Platrand Lodge on Tuesday (October 7). A shorter 2km option will also be available.

The walk begins at 19:00, with registration from 18:30 at the dam, where parking and facilities will be provided.

Entry costs are R50 per person and R30 for children aged six to 12. The proceeds will support the home in caring for its residents.

After the walk, the participants can enjoy food, drinks, glow sticks, music and a festive atmosphere.

Tickets are available at the dam on the evening of the event.
