Build It Plus Newcastle marked its 25th milestone anniversary on Monday, December 8, celebrating a quarter-century of service to the local community.

Loyal customers, friends, family and staff gathered for a beautifully decorated gala dinner, where guests shared memories and reflected on the business’s growth and lasting impact in Newcastle over the past 25 years.

Store owner, André Potgieter, attributed his success in business to ‘total customer service’, saying he appreciates each and every customer who frequents store, and he takes pride in the knowledge that they support the business because of the excellent service they receive.

Potgieter further thanked everyone for their hard work, dedication and loyal support, saying the company would not be where it is today without them.

Alongside the heartfelt speeches, guests enjoyed deliciously prepared meals and sweet treats. Attendees were also treated to a lucky draw, a spin-the-wheel activity and special gifts as part of the celebration.

The evening concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony, accompanied by light-hearted banter and plenty of laughter.
