Hospital appeals for help to trace patients’ next-of-kin

Madadeni Regional Hospital is appealing to members of the community to assist in locating the relatives and friends of two patients.

The patients, Madoda Kubheka and Rankhotha Dilahlwane, were admitted without sufficient contact details and efforts to trace their next-of-kin have been unsuccessful.

Details of the patients

Madoda Kubheka:

Madoda Kubheka was admitted to Madadeni Provincial Hospital and is currently in Ward 3A. No contact details for his next-of-kin were provided at the time of admission.

He has informed staff that he lives in the uMtshezi area of Estcourt, but has been unable to provide further information.

Rankhotha Dilahlwane:

Rankhotha Dilahlwane is a patient in Ward 3D.

She told staff that she lives in Madadeni Section 7, but could not share additional details. No information regarding her next-of-kin was recorded upon admission.

Appeal for assistance

The hospital is urging anyone who may have information that could assist in locating their families and friends to come forward.
