Two men will appear in court after being charged with the murder of a man found dead in a Dundee field
Two men are expected to appear in the Glencoe Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, July 2, after being charged with the murder of a man whose body was discovered in a field near Dundee last week.
The Courier previously reported that the victim’s body was found on June 23 in an open field off Celle Street, adjacent to the abattoir.
The deceased, believed to have the surname Mncube, had visible bruises and other injuries to his body.
Following an investigation, Glencoe detectives arrested two suspects in connection with the murder.
The names of the accused are known to the Courier, but cannot be published until they have appeared in court. Police investigations are continuing. The KZN SAPS Provincial office has been asked to comment and this will be published once it has been received.
