Young Acaciavale Primary School learners excel at science expo

They achieved silver and bronze accolades.

Two Grade 7 learners from Acaciavale Primary School have made their school proud after performing admirably at the Eskom Expo for Young Scientists, which was held at St Dominics High School in Newcastle on Friday (August 14).

Silver and bronze accolades

Siyamthanda Nkabini excelled in the Social Science category, earning a silver accolade for her project.

Fellow Grade 7 pupil Amukelani Hadebe also performed well, receiving a bronze accolade in the same category.

Pride in academic achievement

Both learners represented Acaciavale Primary School with pride, showing their knowledge and dedication.

The school congratulated Siyamthanda and Amukelani on their achievements, saying their success is a reflection of the hard work they had put into their projects.

The school also expressed its pride in seeing its young learners excel in academic activities beyond the classroom, saying these achievements highlight the importance of encouraging children to explore their knowledge and abilities.
