Sir,
It is so strange that suddenly everyone has gone quiet after all the disruption in the municipality. People were burning stuff in the streets to get the municipal manager back.
Now he is back, and Endumeni is in the privileged position of having two municipal managers, both of whom earn handsome salaries.
How this state of affairs came about is lost in the mists of time, which have long been corrupted. For me, what is also strange is that no one has bothered to protest this fact.
It is obvious that things are going down at a rapid rate, and only the T-shirt and cap hand-outs can keep the baying wolves at bay.
Eating food with shiny cutlery while the litter flutters in the street, the infrastructure goes south and investment shrivels to non-existent levels is not helpful.
But who is going to protest now?
