Keep up the good work

I really appreciate the kindness of all the staff who made this possible

A few days ago I went to collect my new driver’s licence from the traffic department offices.

The queue was really long and my one-hour lunch break was not going to be long enough.

I left and went back the following morning at 6.45.

The offices were not officially open until 7.30am but I was very kindly directed to Aubrey who offered to have my paperwork ready the following morning at the same time.

True to his word, I was able to collect my licence from him the next morning. Thank you so much Aubrey!

I really appreciate the kindness of all the staff who made this possible. No long wait for me!

It shows that given the chance to offer excellent service, our people do not let us down.

Thank you Estcourt Traffic Department.
