Please allow me through your paper to congratulate Jonathan and Tania Young from JTY Technical Solutions for their excellent service.
My DSTV decoder was recently struck by lightning and they came to my rescue.
From the first call to the decoder finally working, they kept me up to speed via SMS’s as to the progress thereof.
The decoder was taken to Ladysmith and returned by them, the LNB was replaced and after a few hours the cable was replaced and correctly laid. They worked late into the night until my DSTV connection was up and running. Thank you for your brilliant service. You restored my hope in local service delivery and I will recommend you to everyone.
