Change is urgently needed

Surely instead of spending money on bodyguards for the councillors, which is not necessary and also fancy cars and 4x4s spend it on roads

Dear residents of Estcourt
As a concerned long-standing resident of Estcourt, I am concerned about the appalling condition of our town eg the filth in town, blocked gutters, potholes in every street, one bad one at the entrance of Macfarlane Street where the entrance is to Shepstone Place.
Surely instead of spending money on bodyguards for the councillors, which is not necessary and also fancy cars and 4x4s spend it on roads. Do you think that visiting the residents of Shepstone Place and giving them a packet of marshmallows is going to gain votes?
It is time to vote the present councillors out.
Come on residents of Estcourt, wake up and see what is happening to our once beautiful town, a change is very urgent.
