Madam – The plight of parking.

Cars are wonderful things. They take us everywhere. But inevitably, there comes a time and a moment when we do not need the car anymore – we want to get rid of it!

At least for the time being. So we have to park it. The glamour stops here and the problem starts at once: – where to park? Assuming that we are nice people, considerate, friendly and helpful we would not want to ‘park someone in’, block a doctor’s driveways, make the pavement impassable for wheelchair users or in any other way make our car a hindrance, nuisance or danger to anyone.

Parking, or other responsible parking becomes a challenge and a duty to any good driver. Some of us don’t think of these things, but luckily, at least in Newcastle, most of us do.
