As members of the Restore Order Committee (ROC), we would like to congratulate the ANC on their victory in the by-elections held in Ward Four.
We hold you accountable for your promises made in your manifesto.
We trust and believe that you will fulfil your promises made to the community of Ward Four.
Be encouraged with regards to the statistics of the by-elections, the opposition parties have grown tremendously.
As the ruling party the public holds you accountable until 2016.
A friendly reminder – we have noticed that all work pertaining to service delivery has stopped since the by-elections.
So we are wondering if those services were rendered to the community or was it a showcase for the members of provincial and national government.
Once again congratulations are in order because we know the voting was “free and fair”.
