Anger over town clock not working

The clock should be operational all the times, as it is one of the historical attractions of our town

Editor – I am very disappointed with the municipality in not getting our Town Clock fixed.

I have read many articles in the Ladysmith Gazette and Times of Ladysmith, talking about the very same thing. If the municipality finds it difficult to maintain the clock, they should rather make it digital. The clock should be operational all the times, as it is one of the historical attractions of our town.

It is such an embarrassment when tourists visit and notice that the clock is broken. Time is standing still in our town and it’s really not funny. I hope the municipality catches a wake up and sorts this problem out as soon as possible.
