Young nurses show leadership qualities

The young generation of professional nurses is ready to take up a leadership role in their areas of work.
They only need everybody to support and understand them.
I would like to thank Sisters Miya and Nsimbini who, on the 29th and 30th gave me answers to my challenges within two minutes of my calls, without involving matrons or wasting any airtime.
They displayed self-confidence, knowledge of the field in which they work, ability to make decisions and a sense of willingness to help the community.
Please continue with your good work, people need your help, especially during this time of inevitable change, effective communication is the only solution.
