To see workers sitting, chatting, resting and spending so little time cleaning pavements is most disgusting.
The above photograph gives proof.
With no control, no set quota of work, there is no productivity; such workers are a law in themselves and display utter laziness.
Foreign workers are always hard working, hence the progress they are making.
It is evident that the powers that be are failing miserably in one small area of their duties; how will they deliver in other areas?
Voters must consider these factors so as to vote for the party that is serious when it comes to service delivery.
