Madam – No wonder service delivery is almost non existent in the municipality!

Trying to get through telephonically is a nightmare with calls remaining unanswered.

Chances of finding staff in their offices are remote, and you have a better chance of finding a locked door where nobody knows the whereabouts of the occupant. If you are lucky enough to find the official in office, chances are good they will be on a private call and will simply ignore you until they have ended their conversation. I would love to know what the municipality spends on telephone calls!

And if you are lucky enough to find the municipal manager in his office you will most likely find his very bored body guard slouching on a chair in the passage. It is a known fact that many senior officials, including directors often arrive at work many hours late.

It will be interesting to learn how much unproductive time is spent on our municipality and what it costs the consumer.
