Madam – Please see attached Water and Lights account for an amount of -.01.
My sister moved from that address more than 3 years ago, and she still receive this account for -01c every month. If I am not mistaken, the invoice, paper etc., cost more than the amount on the account.
If you multiply the amount wasted per month with 36 months you can just wonder how much money the municipality through in the drain. This is only 1 account, surely there are more residents that also receive accounts like this.
I was just wondering about the waste of our money…

It needs to be reported to the finance department. The computers automatically generate bills if they are not closed out.
