Thank you’s and winners from the Dundee Hindu Temple

The draw of the raffle held to raise funds for the Kavady festival was held on Sunday, February 8, and the prizes were won by:
* First prize – R500 grocery voucher donated by Charlie’s Spar was won by Siresh Naidoo of Temple Lane, Dundee; * Second prize – indoor braai donated by Mr and Mrs Naresh Shrikrishan was won by Mrs I. Lalla of 10 Oldacre Street, Dundee; and
*Third prize – water set donated by Miss Kerisha Kali was won by Milan Naidoo of Temple Lane, Dundee.
A festival is only complete when the people responsible for the success of the festival have been thanked.
On behalf of the Dundee Hindu Temple, I wish to express our gratitude and appreciation to all persons, young and old, who so willingly and generously contributed to our Kavady festival held from January 31 to February 8. May Lord Muruga bless you and your loved ones with success, happiness and good health. We look forward to your continued support in the future.
