Getting paid for incompetence

The very people that are getting paid from hard working tax payer's money cannot carry out simple tasks, let alone converse over the phone

Editor
On Monday, April 13 I phoned the Estcourt police station at approximately 6.30pm to try and get the emergency services telephone number but to my dismay and utter disbelief, the person at the police station answering my call could barely speak and did not even know the relevant telephone number. The very people that are getting paid from hard working tax payer’s money cannot carry out simple tasks, let alone converse over the phone. What has become of the people that are supposed to be serving and protecting us? The Station Commander needs to implement discipline and root out people like this.
