Dear Mayor, Budgets…according to my knowledge a head of Administration must submit the budgets for stationary, equipment etc but in a certain department which I am not going to mention, the budget is maxed out not even after 8 months. How are employees to work when there is no equipment, no stationary, no money available to purchase Municipal File folders which are so needed to keep service delivery running and successful, this is frustrating and no employee can fight because there is no equipment etc and then the workload just piles up and have to be withheld for employees are appointed in positions that does not know anything about budgeting for only a department.
It seems that you are an employee of the municipality. I am not in the habit of responding to these issues here. Please approach my office so we know what department you are talking about and act accordingly.
Sir: how will the cctv cameras on Paterson street be managed so the ladies of the night actually face consequences? Prostitution is illegal and surely with the cctv camera there is proof to arrest them or get them alternate help?
