Where is the service delivery?

I doubt the councillor cares about the state of the area. Where is the service delivery we were promised?

I would like to take this opportunity to voice my concern regarding the appalling condition of the roads in ‘Sandton’ (Colita Extension).

I have been a resident of Sandton for more than five years and the condition of the roads has been deteriorating every day since then.
The place is surrounded by bush, where there should be decent roads.

During each season the residents have to find new ways to get in and out of the area, especially with all the mud during the rainy season. There aren’t any drainage systems; therefore rain water frequently floods our yards and our homes.

A quarter of the street lights don’t work and there is an unhygienic dump site in the area as well. I doubt the councillor cares about the state of the area. Where is the service delivery we were promised?
