Make every day a Mandela Day

I challenge all residents to do something good every day

As the month of July dawns and more especially July 18, people scurry to fulfil the Mandela Day requirements, most of the time it is out of duty and not out of compassion.

So, I say to everyone out there, why do we wait for Mandela Day or Mandela month before we do something caring for someone else?

Why do we need to be propelled into action? If we look around us, we see people in desperate situations every day, why must we wait for July 18 to do something.

I say make every day a Mandela Day. You don’t need lots of money; you just need a positive mind set and a willingness to help others.I challenge all residents to do something good every day.
