Praise for Estcourt Medical Centre

She was also friendly even though we were upset and confused

I would like to take this opportunity to praise the employees at Estcourt Medical Centre. A few months ago, we were there when our brother was shot.

We were in and out waiting for a doctor to help our brother and we were helped a lot. There was a lady who was busy cleaning and she gave us so much hope and was very kind, sympathetic and calm.

She was also friendly even though we were upset and confused. We were with a crowd, causing disorder and even dropped water all over while she was cleaning but she was patient.

Even though our brother died, she gave us hope. It was due to God’s time and not negligence. Thanks Sisi Lindiwe, God be with you. One day you will be a nurse.Thank you for your help.
