Reader shares experience at Licensing Department

Manners and respect are not something you buy so, please feel free to get some!

With regards to Ms Attwood’s article last week on ‘Resident appalled by service at the Licensing Department’, I have had a similar experience at the Licensing Department.

Maybe far worse as I was locked out and had to literally beg and plead for my Identity Document that was mistakenly left behind.

Leave the arrogant and pathetic behaviour all the women there have, this attitude as though they are doing us a free service is absurd.
I would like to apologise to Ms Attwood for her awful experience she had encountered.

Manners and respect are not something you buy so, please feel free to get some!
