Prompt and friendly service at Licensing Department

I have always been assisted with the right attitude, got all my correct documentation and left in good spirits

After reading about Conny Attwood’s experience at the Licensing Department, I felt that I too had to share my experiences there. These experiences are nothing like what Ms Attwood went through and that is why I am so perturbed by this article.

Every single time that I have had to visit this department, I have received nothing but prompt and friendly service.

Granted, there are times when the queues are long and one wishes that the staff would work faster, but that happens everywhere, I’ve just learnt to be more patient.

I have always been assisted with the right attitude, got all my correct documentation and left in good spirits. I certainly hope that the bad attitude by one staff member does not tarnish the reputation of an entire department.
